Veggie Mallow, Honey and Sesame Crispy Squares

Found some marshmallow fluff in the supermarket and decided to do some experimenting.  I don't like butter and never have it in the house.  I was intrigued to see whether these would work without a fat to stabilise them.  Also, without the addition thought they'd end up being too sticky.  Success, no stickiness, very easy so, thought I'd share. I'm on a budget and these are cheap to make with the few ingredients needed already being in the cupboard.  Recipe is fairly loose and done by eye.  Will definitely make these again perhaps with mixed fruits and nuts, oats, chocolate chips etc...  Could make them double chocolate by incorporating in some cocoa powder or melted chocolate.  Also be nice dipped into chocolate and then allowed to set.

Ingredients:

Rice Krispies/Puffs (supermarket value brands are good as they are firmer)
2 tbsp's of Honey (syrup would also work)
1/3rd of a jar of Marshmallow Fluff
20g of Toasted Sesame Seeds
40g of Chocolate chopped (as much or as little as you like, 40g is roughly the size of a standard choc bar)
Method-

- In a dry pan toast the sesame seeds, place aside to cool
- Melt the fluff and honey in a bowl in the microwave, if you have a powerful one it will only take 30 seconds.  Can also be melted in a bain marie.  Leave to cool.
-  Had intended to have choco chunks in them but I added the chocolate whilst mallow mix was still warm, doh!
- Incorporate the remaining ingredients stirring through until rice is well coated.
- Spoon the mixture onto a sheet of baking/parchment paper.  Flatten into a rectangle, ensuring not to press too thin.  Wrap up and allow to set in the fridge.
- Recipe produces a decent sized batch, best kept refrigerated.
